Have you guys been enjoying the Olympics as much as I have? They are SO amazing it is incredible. So in honor of the 2012 London Olympics I thought I would make something that resembles one of the most common symbols of the Olympics "The Olympic Torch".

Here Are Your Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce - low sodium
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar - natural
2 Tablespoons Pure and Dark Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Chile Sauce
1 Pound Lean Turkey Burger
3 Large Carrots
1 Head Lettuce
Green Onions - diced (to taste)
1/4 Cup Onion - diced
Spray medium pan with cooking spray and place burger and onion in pan on medium heat. Ground burger until fully cooked for about 10 minutes. Add all sauces to burger; soy sauce, worcestershire, vinegar, sesame oil, and chile sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes until sauces are warmed through burger.
Peel lettuce leafs off head and dabble burger in middle. With potato peeler peel off all bitter skin on carrots. When that is removed keep peeling into thin slices and place on top of meat. Now add as much or little green onions a top as you wish.
Roll up lettuce and eat up! These are great for appetizers or meals. Who doesn't love a delicous meal with out too many carbs?
Bon ABpetit!
