Hello my cuties! Hope ya'll had a lovely weekend! Do you have any upcoming BBQ's coming up to attend?? Need a quick appetizer idea?? Here ya go..

Here Are Your Ingredients:
2 Avocados
2 Garlic Cloves - crushed
4 Tablespoons Sour Cream - fat free
6 Ounces of Wonton Squares
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil - extra virgin
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place wontons separately on cookie sheet and brush olive oil on top, grind  salt a top. Cook for 10 minutes or until browned (like photo). Smash avocados in mixing bowl and add garlic and sour cream. Stir together. Now you are ready for your guests (and you) to enjoy!

Note: Yes this DOES have a lot of fat but don't forget it is the good fat from the avocados.

Bon ABpetit!
