Lemon Craisen Cookies

Have you made those yummy Skinny Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies yet?? Well these are along the same lines (except for they don't look quite as presentable for some reason haha). You can even add one additional ingredient that would be to die for which would be white chocolate chips! However, then they would be a few extra calories and 1 more WW point. But either way you make them they are gonna be a heck of a lot healthier than those cookies your mamma always makes ya. I know, I know I haven't had your mamma's cookies but I think these could possibly be better than hers (don't hate me) be just as good or close-to AS good as hers!

Here are your ingredients:
Recipe Inspired From Weight Watchers

2 Tbsp Salted butter, Softened
2 Tsp. Vegetable oil
1/4 Cup Craisens
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 Large Egg White
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
1-2 Tbsp. (about one lemon squeezed)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, oil, lemon juice and sugar.  Add vanilla, salt and egg white; mix thoroughly to combine.  In a small bowl, mix together flour and baking soda and stir into batter.  Add Craisens to batter and stir evenly.

Drop 48 half-teaspoons of dough onto one or two large nonstick baking sheets, leaving a small amount of space between each cookie.  Bake cookies until golden around edges, about 4 to 6 minutes- let cool. Grab some milk!

  10. These sound delicious but I am confused about the 1/2 teaspoon scoop size. It seems like you would bareley fit more than one chip in that size scoop. Please help becuase I really want to make theese!!

    1. Hello! Thank you! I adapted this recipe from weight watchers recipe of there Chocolate Chip Cookies. I just added the lemon, craisens, and white chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate. The cookies are small but if you used 1 teaspoon instead (they grow when baked) then they would still only be 2 WW points. Sorry if this has been confusing. Hope this helps!
