Weight Watchers

Today I wanted to write a very special article about Weight Watchers. I hope none of you find this post too spammy that is not my intention - my intention is to help my readers lose weight and be confident in their beautiful skin! As many of you have noticed I make sure to post the Weight watchers points on almost all of my recipes. Many of you have tried weight watchers or are doing so still today. I know that it works for many of you - fill us in on your story! I have seen many of my friends and family (love you guys) use this method and have succeeded. I have been asked if I personally do weight watchers and I have to admit I don't. I started adding the points to help out my readers - though I do thing it is a great program!

A friend and follower of mine Linda Beers has had quite a journey to lose weight and now she is 70 pounds lighter thanks to Weight Watchers! She is an inspiring friend of mine and I look up to her very much thank you for your positive attitude! Keep up the good work! Thank you Linda!

Last week while in the waiting room for my husbands surgery to be complete I was watching Dr. Oz he had special guest Jennifer Hudson (doesn't she look great?!) she opened up about her weight-loss journey. She spoke of how she lost her weight with watchers and kept it off she says it really works! For any of you having issues losing weight I highly recommend it to all of my friends out there!

As you have heard me remind you cuties for the last 6 days SlimKicker is giving away a food scale tomorrow - Wednesday on my blog and I know this would help a lot of you achieve your goals easier. Don't forget to leave your comment to win - only 1 day left!!

Keep up the healthy eating and lifestyle and I can promise all of you this WILL pay off!

xoxo - Your Freind Ash

  1. I agree, I've been on weight watchers for 2 years and I've dropped 5 dress sizes & a lot of stones. I've used it to help learn healthy habits, and from it I've learnt to love food in a different way. Thanks for this post. It's brilliant

  3. I've never been on Weight Watchers, but I know several people that have and had successful results! I must admit however, I am guilty of buying some of there bread products from time to time. (I like the smaller portions).

  4. I love weight watchers! Though I have my up and downs I still know I can follow this program and I drop the pounds. Thanks for help me in my journey of weight loss. With that I have another sort of challenge:) So as you know I make a lot of mexican food I am always on the hunt for low point tortillas. I have found corn tortillas for 2 points If you can find ones that are 1 point I would love you forever! Or if you find any other great finds with low points I am all ears.
