All you do is dabble a pinch (about a tablespoon) of the fillings in the middle of each pastry square. Wet all 4 edges with water fold up each side to each other and pinch. Place in pre heated oven @ 350 degrees on cookie sheet for 20 minutes and your all set to be an amazing host! Who would have thought you could do so much with a simple square pastry sheet right?? You no longer have an excuse to not have an appetizer with amazing taste for when those unexpected guests pop in!

My son KJ was so excited for me to tell you lovely's that he lost his 3rd tooth. He is so funny about my blog. However, let me tell you what a spaz the tooth fairy was last night! Um.. she could have been too busy watching Limitless and totally spaced it (yes this is what I said must have happened), she could have had a lot of houses to hit seeming how lots of children lost teeth yesterday (this is what he thinks happened) but either way I saved her little tush this morning. As I was sitting at the nook drinking my coffee this morning I hear the little very upset KJ come barging out of his room; screaming the tooth fairy forgot about me!! Stunned I was and frazzled trying to give him an explanation as to why the tooth fairy could have been such a dud. I quickly saved her butt and came up with a master plan. I ran into my bedroom grabbed my purse, got a whole dollar (she owes me interest for sure), went into his bedroom and suddenly there was a dollar under his pillow! What the heck amazing right?? She had to of left his tooth for him cause it is his "lucky" tooth! Sigh... of relief!
