Spicy Cauliflower Soup

I asked him what sounded good to eat and this is what he recommended I come up. This is a good healthy side to a sandwich or panini!

  1. It may sound odd to have soup in the summer, but not to me. What else does one do with vegetables while in season? By the way, your soup looks amazing. Bet it tastes great!
