Sorry I have not been posting as many fitness posts as I should be folks I will work on it! Today's fitness is CARDIO!!
Think to yourself where the most amount of stairs are located in your city (this is beautiful Salt Lake City). Run to the stair destination if possible. The stairs I did were about 1.5 miles away from my work. Run or lunge up and down the stairs for 30 minutes, then run or jog back.
Have fun it's hot out there!
The only steps I have around here is the 3 steps into the pool, does that count :)
