Walnut Crusted Tilapia

Serving Size: 1 Piece Tilapia

Here Are The Ingredients:

2 Pieces Tilapia
1/4 Cup Walnuts - Crushed
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil - Lite
2 Tsp. Capers


While you are waiting your oven to heat up to 350 degrees, paint each side of fish with 1/2 tsp of olive oil on each side. Place fish in a small baking dish and add first walnuts and then capers on top. Cook for 25 minutes SOO much protein, SOO little carbs YAYY!

  6. Capers,walnuts and Tilapia= heaven. I made this for lunch today and it was so good I was upset when it was all gone. I added a salad with a olive oil dressing and it made a perfect meal. So good Ashlee. Thanks for the recipe.
