Today's Fitness

Full Body WorkOUT

Bench Press on Ball - 8 X 3

One Weighted Ball Lean Backs - Take one dumbell and while laying on the ball put weight over head and hold - 30 Seconds 3X

Bench Dips - 30 Total

Dumbell Swings - 15 X 3

Wall Sits - 1 Minute

Plank - 2 Minutes

Bench Lunges - 10 X 3

Bent Over Rows - 15 X 3

Push Up Ladder - 15 Total

Pulls Ups - 20 Total

Sit Ups - 100 Total

Don't kill me I promise it will be worth it! Try to have fun with it! Kick some butt!!
