DeleteI enjoy, yes I said enjoy my early morning zumba (emz) 5 days a week I drive 20 min. to have fun with my friends dancing to fun, loud zumba music with no less than 5 instructors taking turns leading the songs. It is a challenge to wake up at 4:50 a.m. but I feel sooo energized for the rest of the day. Plus my workout is OVER. I have been following your blog and trying your recipes and love many of your breakfast choices. If I can find something that helps me feel full I will meet my goal. Many of your recipes have alot of protein and fiber which will help me accomplish that.

Deletefood scale would be nice! I am recently starting to eat healthier and work out, my challenge would be to plan out all my meals and do my grocery shopping at the beginning of the week so I don't cave and eat something bad for me!! Also I think it would be a fun challenge to go through all my workout dvds...different one each day!
