Here Are Your Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
4 Wheat Hoagie Buns
4 Tablespoons Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Jalapeño
Cut up chicken breasts into strips. Dice or slice depending on what you prefer veggies. Heat medium pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 10 minutes until chicken is white all over. Place veggies in pan and cook until water(from chicken breast) and oil is mostly dissolved for around 10 additional minutes. While this is cooking place buns in oven pre heated to 350 degrees to toast about 5 minutes. When veggies are tender and moisture is dissolved place mixture on buns and sprinkle one tablespoon of cheese on each sandwich. Place in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool for 5 minutes. If you wish for less points and carbs you can always do away with the bun. If you choose to it is only 6 points and 4.5 carbs.
Bon ABpetit!
