Here are your ingredients:
4 Pieces of Tilapia
1 Large Lemon
1 Tbsp Horseradish
½ Cup Spicy Cocktail Sauce
2 Tbsp. Light Olive Oil
Bon ABpetit!Get skillet nice and hot then pour in olive oil. Place Tilapia in skillet and brown for 3 minutes on each side. Get two zip lock baggies and pour in sauces. Cut a small hole in zip lock bags for pouring. Put as little or as much of each as you like. When done – take the lemon and squeeze for a little more flavor on top. This is a quick healthy meal with lots of flava.
