Ewwy Goey Marshmallows!

KJ (my son) and I were craving something sweet last week and so KJ made us a very yummy treat that he wanted me to share with all of you! They are VERY SIMPLE and with only 3 ingredients! 12 marshmallows, 1/4 cup sugar free caramel, and 12 Who Nu (Oreo) cookies! Crush the cookies up by putting them in a large zip lock baggie and rolling them with a rolling pin. Pour Carmel in small bowl. Put marshmallows on a ca bob stick and roll them in Carmel, then in cookie crumbs. Who Nu this could be so easy?? Don't forget the good nutrition in those Who Nu cookies:
  • As much fiber as a bowl of oatmeal
  • As much calcium and vitamin D as an 8 oz glass of milk
  • As much vitamin C as a cup of blueberries.
