Peanut Butter & Jelly NO BAKE Muffins


Servings: 6
Serving Size: 1 Muffin

Here are your ingredients:

1 Cup Coconut Shredded- No Sugar Added
1 Cup Oats
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Jelly
2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter (Skippy)

In a medium bowl smash banana. Add all ingredients except peanut butter- mix together. Once mixed spray muffin tin with Pam. Put a few spoon full's in 6 of the tins till all is out of the bowl. 
Put peanut butter in a plastic zip lock and cut small hole in bottom. Put a small amount on each muffin. Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours.
