"Cheat Meal" Chicken Pesto Pizza

Okay you guys so seeming how we have eaten SO well this week and how we did not vote for the weeks "cheat meal" last week I thought we deserved a cheat meal post today!! YAY! Now I am not going to post the nutrition facts on this bad boy UNLESS you want to know. So please leave me a comment if you would like the info and I will be more than happy to post it :). ALSO if you are going to make this make sure you have plenty of people around to help you eat it because it does serve about 12-16 slices!


Here are your ingredients:

4 Cups Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup White Flour
2 Tbsp. of Yeast
2 Cups HOT Water
2 Tsp. of Minced Garlic
4 Tbsp. of Sun Dreid Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. of Basil Pesto
1 Cup of Hot Pepper Cheese
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup of Fat Free Ranch
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Cup Cooked Chicken

Take your hot water and add in yeast, stir together well. In a large bowl add flour, knead together until a ball in formed. Put olive oil on top of dough and put a towel on top of bowl and let sit for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll dough out and place on greased pizza or cookie pan.  Poke the top of dough with fork thoroughly. Place in oven and cook till brown for about 8 minutes. Add ranch, then cheese, then toppings. Cook for another 8 minutes or until cheese is evenly melted. PIZZA TIME! You deserve it!
